Online fraud investigation

Lost money to an online scam? Start with the facts.

We investigate where your money went, who received it, and whether it can realistically be recovered. You get a full written report before you pay anything.

We serve clients outside the United States. We are not a law firm and not a government agency.

A registered company you can check yourself

Every detail below can be verified independently. Fraud victims are often targeted a second time by fake "recovery" firms, so we encourage you to check us before you share anything.

Who we serve

We are registered in the United States but do not accept clients who reside in the U.S. or its territories. Our clients are individuals and businesses elsewhere in the world.

We are an independent private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government agency or law enforcement body.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what happened

Fill in the case form: how you were contacted, how you paid, how much, and when. Keep your receipts, wallet addresses and messages ready.

  2. 2

    We investigate

Depending on the case, this can include tracing payments and blockchain transactions, identifying the platforms, accounts and entities involved, and the jurisdictions they operate in.

  3. 3

    You get a written report

A structured report covering our findings, where the funds went, which parties hold them, and the realistic options available to you, including the ones that are not worth pursuing.

  4. 4

    You decide

If the report shows a real path to recovery, we agree the fee with you in writing. If it does not, the case closes and you owe nothing.

No one can guarantee that lost funds will be recovered, and we never will. Recovery depends on where the money is, who holds it, and the laws that apply. The report tells you honestly what is and is not possible.

How to spot a fake recovery service

Scammers often contact victims again, posing as recovery experts, lawyers or officials. Whoever you work with, including us, hold them to these rules:

No payment before a report

We never ask for money before you have received your full investigation report.

No crypto, gift cards or "taxes"

We never ask you to pay in cryptocurrency, gift cards, or to pay "release fees" or "taxes" to unlock funds.

No government claims

We never claim to be, or to work for, the police, the FBI, a regulator or a court.

No guarantees

We never promise that your money will come back. Anyone who does is not telling you the truth.

No remote access

We never ask you to install remote-access software or share passwords, seed phrases or one-time codes.

Check the registration

Look the company up on the official state registry yourself. Do not rely on a link someone sends you.

Questions

Do I pay anything to start?

No. Opening a case and the investigation require no upfront payment.

When exactly do I pay?

Only after you have received the complete report, and only if that report shows a realistic path to recovering your funds. The fee is agreed with you in writing at that point, before any further work.

Can you guarantee I will get my money back?

No, and nobody honestly can. The report explains what is realistically possible in your case.

Why don't you take clients in the United States?

Our services are offered to clients outside the U.S. If you live in the U.S., you can report fraud to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov, free of charge.

Should I also report to the police?

Yes. Reporting to your local police and your bank or payment provider is always worthwhile and is free. Our investigation does not replace that.

What happens to my information?

It is used only to review and investigate your case. See our privacy notice.
